      There are three places where the work is being done: the client site and our Minneapolis and Minsk Centers. One of our development groups is working constantly in the USA, either with you or at our Minneapolis Development Center, and the other is operating in Minsk Belarus.
      Our US team consists of several people responsible for establishing communication, making necessary business/technical analysis, and mostly getting projects running. They will create architectures and designs, write technical specifications and solve implementation issues. This group will check project milestones and help you with urgent problems.
      Minsk team, leaded by one or two technical managers, is responsible mostly for projects development, testing, and implementation.
